> Its main purpose was scouting and anti-infantry use. For that reason it only had bullet-protecting armor which couldn’t withstand a direct artillery hit. The tank has axcellent speed and maneurability, but lacks protectiopn and firepower.

I think it’s similar to real world BT-7 or M5 Stuart
